Brady's 4-game suspension reinstated by court
Federal appeals court overturns ruling
By: Mike Krueger | Apr 25 2016, 11:46 am

A federal appeals court has ruled that New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady must serve a four-game Deflategate suspension imposed by the NFL, overturning a lower judge and siding with the league in a battle with the players union. The appeals ruling follows a September decision by Manhattan Judge Richard Berman that went against the league, letting Brady skip the suspension. (ESPN)

FFToday's Take: The Patriots first four games are against Arizona, Miami, Houston and Buffalo. Expect Jimmy Garoppolo to get the start in those four games and for Brady to return to action Week 5 against the Browns.
