Jags expected to trade Julius for late-round pick
Dolphins will fill hole at TE position
By: Mike Krueger | Feb 20 2017, 5:00 pm

The Dolphins are acquiring TE Julius Thomas for a late-round 2017 draft pick. (Armando Salguero on Twitter)

FFToday's Take: Thomas reportedly wants to reunite with coach Adam Gase and agreed to restructure his contract upon completion of the trade. The trade can't be set in stone until March 9th. Thomas should find himself in starting role but a couple years of battling injuries and inconsistent play should make fantasy owners leery. He'll be on the TE2 radar.
