The Oakland Raiders have signed unrestricted free agent QB EJ Manuel, the club announced Monday. (Raiders.com) FFToday's Take: Manuel appeared in parts of 5 games for Buffalo last season throwing zero TDs and zero INTs. He'll replace Matt McGloin as the backup to Derek Carr as McGloin tries to catch on with another team in free agency.
