Tony Romo headed to broadcast booth
Cowboys expected to release QB today
By: Mike Krueger | Apr 4 2017, 9:15 am

Dallas Cowboys
Tony Romo is leaving football and going into broadcasting, even with Dallas planning to release him today, sources tell @toddarcher and me. (ESPN)

FFToday's Take: Romo has received more interest from media companies than NFL teams apparently. Dallas is expected to release Romo today, designating him as a post-June 1 release. This move of Romo to spend more time with his family has the most impact on the Texans who traded Brock Osweiler to the Browns last month. Currently Tom Savage is Houston's starting QB.
