In case of emergency, Blaine Gabbert. That's who the Cardinals will be able to turn to -- if something unfortunate happens to Carson Palmer -- after they sign the quarterback to a one-year deal, which they intend to do on Thursday, NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported, per a source informed of the situation.
