FFToday's Take: A 2012 Pro Bowler, Washington hasn't played a regular-season snap since 2013 due to multiple violations of the league's substance-abuse policy. Now 30 years old, Washington may have one shot left to prove he is a changed man. If any team is going to take the plunge, look for it to be a risk-taking team like Dallas or Cincinnati. Washington was one of the best young linebackers in the league before his ban.
