Josh Gordon petition for reinstatement denied
Eligible to try again in fall

The NFL has denied Browns WR Josh Gordon's reinstatement petition. He can reapply this fall. (Tom Pelissero on Twitter)

FFToday's Take: Along with his agent terminating their relationship roughly two weeks ago per ESPN's Josina Anderson, this denial may be an indication Gordon still isn't getting it. Still only 26, Gordon theoretically has time to make something out of his NFL career, but he hasn't taken a regular-season snap since 2014. This latest setback may be enough for dynasty league owners to finally cut the cord.
