Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Mike Evans suspended one game
Cheap shot on Marshon Lattimore
By: Mike Krueger | Nov 6 2017, 4:13 pm

Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans was suspended one game on Monday for violating the NFL's policy on unsportsmanlike conduct and unnecessary roughness. Evans hit New Orleans Saints cornerback Marshon Lattimore in the back Sunday during a confrontation started by Buccaneers quarterback Jameis Winston in Tampa Bay's 30-10 loss (USA Today)

FFToday's Take: Evans blasted Lattimore from behind after Lattimore and Evans will having a "conversation". Evans should have been kicked out of the game but instead, he will miss a Week 10 matchup with the Jets. Cameron Brate and DeSean Jackson should receive more looks with Evans out. Expect Evans to appeal.
