HC Jim Caldwell: "Not out of the woods yet"
By: Jake Gordon | Dec 6 2017, 10:00 am

Detroit Lions
Detroit Lions coach Jim Caldwell said quarterback Matthew Stafford is making progress in recovering from the bruise he suffered to his right hand during Sunday's loss to the Baltimore Ravens. Caldwell, however, cautioned that Stafford is "not out of the woods yet" and said the team will monitor his progress in practice this week. (

FFToday's Take: This is an injury to watch with the Lions in the thick of a playoff berth and a juicy matchup with the Bucs on the docket for Week 14. Matthew Stafford would be a great fantasy play if healthy but his owners will need to check back later in the week for an update on his availability for Sunday.
