Baltimore Ravens

Ravens swap out Ryan Grant for Michael Crabtree
Three-year agreement
By: Mike Krueger | Mar 16 2018, 5:00 pm

The Baltimore Ravens reached a three-year agreement with Michael Crabtree on Friday. Terms weren't disclosed but Crabtree received a three-year, $21 million deal, including $15 million in first two years and $11 million guaranteed ($7 million signing bonus), a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter. The deal could be worth up to $20 million in first two years. (ESPN)

FFToday's Take: The Ravens had agreed with former Redskins' receiver Ryan Grant on a four-year contract but Grant failed a physical due to a foot injury. However, Grant has since been cleared by an independent doctor leading to speculation that the Ravens simply preferred Crabtree over Grant once Crabtree became available. In any case, Crabtree should be the Ravens primary option on the outside after the Ravens released Jeremy Maclin. Mike Wallace led Baltimore in receiving last year and finished as the WR38 in PPR leagues.
