Dion Lewis could outgain Derrick Henry?
Insider analyzes Titans' backfield
By: Doug Orth | Jul 5 2018, 5:20 pm

When DeMarco Murray was released, the presumption was that Derrick Henry would likely receive the lion’s share of the carries. The arrival of Dion Lewis gives the Titans the type of pass-catching weapon in the backfield that they have not had in a long time. And it means that there will likely be game-day packages for each back, and both will get their fair share of touches. For fantasy purposes, it is not out of the question that Henry would lead the team in rushing attempts and rushing yards, but that Lewis would probably have more all-purpose yards, between rushing and receiving combined. FFToday's Take: The likelihood Henry will be the early-down workhorse/goal-line back and could see in upwards of 250 carries and will see occasional work as a receiver makes it understandable why he is going in the third round of PPR drafts. However, unless owners believe Lewis is going to struggle with injuries, it's hard to comprehend how he is going three rounds later. If things remain the same when drafting season really picks up, Lewis figures to be a steal as a RB3/flex option.
