Patriots sign WR Demaryius Thomas

The #Patriots are giving former #Broncos and #Texans WR Demaryius Thomas a 1-year deal worth up $6M, source said. They discussed trading for him last year, signed him this year. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)

FFToday's Take: Thomas will be reunited with offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels. His coming off his second Achilles injury in December and won't be a lock to make the roster. The Patriots current wide receiver depth chart reads as Julian Edelman, Phillip Dorsett, Thomas, Bruce Ellington and Braxton Berrios.
