Boston Scott has big day, Miles Sanders hurt
Eagles RBs a hobbled unit heading into playoffs
By: Antonio D'Arcangelis | Dec 29 2019, 9:35 pm

Boston Scott became the sole running back after Miles Sanders left the game in the second quarter with an ankle injury, rushing 19 times for 54 yards and three touchdowns in the Eagles' 34-17, Week 17 win over the Giants, adding four catches for 84 yards on six targets. Running back Jordan Howard, who hadn’t played since Nov. 3. was cleared this week after a shoulder injury but the Eagles obviously did not want to play him. (Philadelphia Inquirer)

FFToday's Take: Howard should be available for the first round of the playoffs, though we may see Scott assume more of the Miles Sanders role if that ankle isn't 100 percent.
