TE hoping to build off drop-filled disappointing rookie year
New Rams OC Brian Schottenheimer sounds excited about the team’s potential mix at tight end. “I know one thing, Starting with (Lance Kendricks), we really liked Lance back in New York when we looked at him,” Schottenheimer said at the team’s mandatory minicamp. “I think he’s got a chance to be a terrific all-around player." (Pro Football Weekly)

FF Today's Take: Based off Schottenheimer's use of a similarly-skilled tight end in Dustin Keller, fantasy owners should not just brush this off as the usual offseason chatter. Kendricks is a highly-skilled pass-catcher who struggled with drops last season and seemed to lose the confidence of Sam Bradford until the end of the season. Kendricks has the talent to be a factor in fantasy this season, but should probably not be drafted in regular-sized leagues.
