Josh Cribbs returns to practice-- Wed Oct 3 3:50 pm -- Browns' WR overcoming concussion
Browns wide receiver Josh Cribbs is practicing for the first time since sustaining a concussion in Cleveland's loss at Baltimore. Cribbs was injured in the first quarter Thursday night, when he was flattened while returning a kickoff by Ravens linebacker Dannell Ellerbe. The impact knocked Cribbs' helmet off and his head smacked the ground as he fell. Cribbs did not return to the 23-16 loss and sat out practice Monday. Cribbs had been in on six offensive plays and appeared to have a major role in the game plan before he was injured. (Yahoo Sports)
FF Today's Take:Cribbs has big-play ability, as his 11 career return touchdowns would indicate, but he plays for the Browns' uninspiring offense, making him an inconsistent, even sporadic fantasy producer. Steer clear.
