Gronkowski suffers broken forearm-- Sun Nov 18 11:20 pm -- Likely out 4-6 weeks
New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski broke his forearm at the end of the team's 59-24 rout of the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday, a team source confirmed to ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter.
The source told Schefter that Gronkowski was injured on the Patriots' final extra point with 3:55 remaining in the fourth quarter. X-rays after the game revealed the broken forearm.
An exact timetable for Gronkowski's return is unknown, but NFL.com reported Sunday night that the player has told people he will miss 4-6 weeks.

FF Today's Take:An absolutely devastating blow for the Patriots, if not his fantasy owners as well. Gronk was the top TE in fantasy through 10 weeks. Fantasy owners have to hold Gronk until a timetable is confirmed, but the pessimistic side of the 4-6 week timetable means he will miss the rest of the fantasy season. New England may speed up the recovery of Aaron Hernandez now with Tom Brady's top red-zone option out while Brandon Lloyd and Wes Welker should see their fantasy value increase.
