San Francisco 49ers quarterback Alex Smith will not play Monday night against the Chicago Bears because he he was unable to get clearance from a neurologist one week after suffering a concussion, according to sources. (ESPN)

FF Today's Take: Colin Kaepernick will start in Smith's place and is a viable fantasy starter giving his ability run the ball but faces a difficult test tonight against a Bears defense that's third best against fantasy quarterbacks.
