Concussion ends Weeden's day -- Mon Nov 26 1:35 am --
Browns QB uncertain for Week 13 | Another Browns-Steelers game, another Browns quarterback lost to a concussion. Last season, it was Browns quarterback Colt McCoy who was knocked out of the game Dec. 8 in Pittsburgh on a blow by James Harrison. This time, it was Brandon Weeden getting knocked out after his helmet crashed into Joe Thomas' left thigh. Weeden was pulled down by Jason Worilds, who inadvertently knocked Weeden into Thomas' leg. Weeden crashed to the ground, with his head bouncing off his shoulder pads in whiplash fashion.

FF Today's Take: Trent Richardson joked about the Browns hiding Weeden's helmet (and his age), so one could easily get the sense that his concussion was minor in nature. As is the case with all concussions nowadays, the rookie QB will need to pass the NFL protocol for the injury before returning to game action. The Browns travel to Oakland in Week 13.
