Chiefs WR has broken ribs that will end his season
According to Profootballtalk, Dwayne Bowe (broken ribs) will be placed on season-ending injured reserve. Bowe had already planned on missing Week 15, but this most recent news will end his season and most likely his career in Kansas City. Jonathan Baldwin and Terrance Copper will start at outside wide receiver for the Chiefs. Bowe ends 2012 with 59 catches for 801 yards and three touchdowns. He will be a free agent in the off-season. FF Today's Take: Despite the fact that Bowe will be placed on IR, fantasy owners had given up on Bowe weeks ago. He had not scored a touchdown since Week 4, and since that time has scored more than six points once. Bowe should be held onto in deep keeper and dynasty leagues and could easily be with a new team in 2013.
