QB reunites with college coach Chip Kelly
The Philadelphia Eagles signed Dennis Dixon to a two-year contract Thursday, reuniting the quarterback with coach Chip Kelly. Kelly was Oregon's offensive coordinator when Dixon was the Ducks' quarterback. He spent last season on the practice squad of the Super Bowl champion Baltimore Ravens. (ESPN)

FF Today's Take: This move was rumored once Kelly became the head coach of the Eagles and gives Philadelphia four QBs on the roster - Dixon, Michael Vick, Nick Foles and Trent Edwards. With mobile QBs in the mix, Foles could be the odd man out and a potential trade candidate.
