MJD likley to be limited in practice-- Tue Sep 17 2:50 pm --
The Jaguars seem optimistic that standout running back Maurice Jones-Drew might not miss a game after injuring his ankle during Sunday’s 19-9 loss at Oakland. Jaguars coach Gus Bradley said Monday that Jones-Drew suffered a tendon strain. “We’ll know a little more Wednesday, but on all accounts it looks pretty good,” Bradley said. “I know he felt good this morning, so that’s a positive sign. … It’s a tendon strain, so good news for us.”
FF Today's Take:Expect MJD to be limited on Wednesday and Thursday if he practices at all. Jordan Todman and Justin Forsett would make a RBBC if Jones-Drew is out. Neither would be a viable fantasy starter in 12-team leagues.
