WR Brandon Lloyd rejoins 49ers
33 year-old spent last year out of the league

| Wide receiver Brandon Lloyd is returning to the NFL after a year hiatus and joining the 49ers, who drafted him in 2003.
Lloyd, 33, signed a one-year contract Tuesday and will look to bolster a unit featuring Anquan Boldin and Michael Crabtree as starters. (San Jose Mercury News)
FFToday's Take: Lloyd has bounced around the league including stops in San Francisco, Washington, Chicago, Denver, St. Louis and New England before spending last season out of the league altogether. Lloyd will be insurance for Crabtree and Boldin, holding WR5 value until he gains a prominent role in the offense.
