| Josh Gordon to miss the 2014 season Appeal denied By: Mike Krueger | Aug 27 2014, 1:35 pm
| Josh Gordon will miss the entire 2014 season after the NFL upheld the Cleveland Browns star's yearlong suspension for violating the league's substance-abuse policy. "I'd like to apologize to my teammates, coaches, the Cleveland Browns organization and our fans," Gordon said. "I am very disappointed that the NFL and its hearing office didn't exercise better discretion and judgment in my case." (ESPN)
FFToday's Take: Finally. You can cross Gordon of your re-draft cheatsheet for this season. The league will determine at a later date when Gordon is eligible to be reinstated. Miles Austin, Andrew Hawkins, and tight end Jordan Cameron will be the top three targets for the Browns' quarterbacks. Outside of Cameron, fantasy owners can avoid the Browns passing game.
