Both Spiller, Jackson injured in Week 7 Spiller likely out for the year with broken collarbone By: Mike Krueger | Oct 19 2014, 8:30 pm
C.J. Spiller's shoulder and emotions were wrecked. Ten minutes earlier, Buffalo Bills center Eric Wood helped running back Fred Jackson limp off the field with a groin injury. Spiller's collar bone reportedly was broken. The Bills could be without Spiller and Jackson for a long time. (Buffalo News)
FFToday's Take:Spiller will have surgery on his collarbone and will likely miss the remainder of the season. Jackson will have an MRI on his groin on Monday. He's likely out for Week 8 and the Bills have a bye in Week 9. Bryce Brown and Anthony Dixon will be the top two running backs next week and perhaps for the next few weeks until Jackson can return.
