Sammy Watkins limited during OTAs
Bills wideout recovering from hip surgery

| Sammy Watkins did not participate in any 7-on-7 or 11-on-11 drills, recovering from his offseason hip procedure. However, he was often near the offensive huddle, listening to plays, and helping call out coverages. With Watkins out and no Marquise Goodwin, I saw a lot of Robert Woods working outside, with Chris Hogan in the slot.

FFToday's Take: Goodwin has had trouble leaving Texas due to the flood situation in that area and hasn't been to OTA's. It's likely Watkins will be limited until training camp begins in late July. Watkins upside is capped at WR2 value thanks to mediocre quarterback play and a run-first offense.
