After Terrelle Pryor left Washington Friday morning without a contract, the former Browns wide receiver ended up signing a one-year, $8 million contract with the Redskins Friday afternoon.(Washington Post)
FF Today's Take:After losing Desean Jackson (TB) and Pierre Garcon (SF) in free agency the Redskins have bolstered their receiving corps by signing Pryor who topped 1000 yards last season with the Browns finishing 22nd among fantasy wideouts. Pryor will compete with TE Jordan Reed and Jamison Crowder for targets and will be valued as a WR2/3 in redraft leagues.
Browns to sign WR Kenny Britt-- Thu Mar 9 10:27 am --
Still want to keep Pryor
The Browns are signing former Rams receiver Kenny Britt today, a league source told cleveland.com, but they're still hoping to re-sign Terrelle Pryor.
Britt, 28, will sign a four-year deal worth $32.5 million, a source said.(Cleveland Plain-Dealer)
FF Today's Take:Britt reportedly had serious interest from the Eagles as well. Britt is coming of his best season as a pro (68-1002-5) ranking 24th among fantasy wide receivers but goes from one struggling franchise to another. He'll do well to return WR3 value in 2017.
