2014 Outlook
Depth Chart
With the first pick in the 2nd round of the draft, the Rams swung for the fences with the selection of Quick, a physical specimen from tiny Appalachian State. The 6í4Ē, 220-pound Quick possesses solid, if not outstanding speed, a massive wingspan and was highly productive during his last season in college with 71 receptions for nearly 1,100 yards and 11 touchdowns. Whether or not his combine measurables and college production translates into success in St. Louis is the issue. Given the low level of competition he faced, Quick figures to get out of the gates slowly in 2012 even if he begins the season in the starting lineupÖ a reasonable probability given the state of the teamís depth chart at wide receiver. Quick isnít worth drafting in re-draft leagues but is a decent prospect in dynasty leagues, especially those that use PPR scoring.

Comment: The Rams could very well start two rookie wide receivers this year with Quick leading the team on the outside. "We expect him to play and be a big part of our offense," Fisher said.

Britt making strong impression with Rams     -- Mon Aug 4 4:05 pm --

Quick, Bailey also standing out
There is no shortage of receivers making plays all over the field at camp, including several with great size. Kenny Britt has people around the team pinching themselves with what he is doing on the field and off, and there is a very strong buzz around third-year receiver Brian Quick and second-year receiver Stedman Bailey. If a few of them can keep it up, this offense has the potential to make significant strides. "A few of them really look like they are for real," said one member of the organization. "If they are, then that's a major game-changer." (CBS Sports)

FF Today's Take: Once again, Britt is worth gambling on in fantasy, although his 14th-round ADP is much more palatable than it has been in recent years. Quick has been long on potential since getting drafted in 2012 and his size-speed combination makes him intriguing if he can lock down a starting spot. Bailey will miss the first four games of the season due to suspension, but could enjoy some fantasy value late in the second half if Britt or Quick fails to impress or get injured.
