Colt McCoy traded to San Francisco -- Mon Apr 1 8:30 pm --
Will backup Colin Kaepernick | The Browns sent the 25-year-old quarterback (Colt McCoy)along with a sixth-round draft pick to the Niners for a fifth- and seventh-round selections, a source told the Plain Dealer.
All the picks are for this year's draft. (Cleveland Plain Dealer)
FF Today's Take: McCoy was the Browns' starter in 2010 & 2011 before serving as Brandon Weeden's backup last season. Cleveland signed Jason Campbell a week ago to backup Weeden making McCoy expendable. McCoy will have little fantasy value behind Kaepernick in San Francisco

Two-year contract | They (the Browns) signed Jason Campbell, 31, to a two-year contract Tuesday night to provide the competition they've been seeking for incumbent Brandon Weeden. What this means for the future of Weeden, and backups Colt McCoy and Thad Lewis is anyone's guess at this point. (Cleveland Plain Dealer)
FF Today's Take: Campbell spent last season with the Bears as Jay Cutler's backup but hasn't been fantasy relevant since 2010 when he started 12 games for the Raiders. He'll likely push Brandon Weeden in camp for the starting job. This move could also spell the end for Colt McCoy in a Browns uniform.
