49ers RB recovering from Achilles injury
Four months after he sustained a torn Achilles, Kendall Hunter has resumed running and will be back for the start of training camp, a source close to the 49ers running back said today. (San Francisco Chronicle)

FF Today's Take: Hunter was averaging 5.2 yards per carry before his injury in late November and should regain his place on the depth chart behind Frank Gore provided his recovery progresses as planned.
