Comment: Griffin (ACL, LCL) continues to progress in rehab but his injury history should be a major concern to fantasy owners. The chances of him completing a full season are small and as a result will keep him out of QB1 territory for me. It's all about risk-tolerance with RGIII as your QB1. Should you take the leap, Kirk Cousins as a handcuff or an early, mid-round pick of your QB2 is mandatory.

RG3 continues to make progress -- Thu May 30 3:30 pm --
Could start "explosive sprinting" soon | Robert Griffin III tested his arm, worked his legs and then did what he’s been doing a lot of the spring: watch his teammates practice. But there was progress in his recovery as Griffin was cleared to do some running. So, while players performed special teams drills, Griffin sprinted the width of the field with other teammates who were rehabilitating. Griffin had said last week he was two weeks from doing explosive sprinting. He was not going full speed, but was still moving fast alongside rookies Jordan Reed and Chris Thompson.
Griffin said he ran two miles earlier this week at an organized team activity session. (Washington Examiner)
FF Today's Take: All indications are that RG3 is ahead of schedule in his recovery, although expectations always need to be tempered in cases like this. No every ACL recovery will go as smoothly as it did for Adrian Peterson, so don't expect Griffin to run near as much or as effectively as he did in 2012 until at least midseason - if even then. Regardless, RG3 should still be considered a fantasy QB1 lock until he encounters a setback.
