Injury TE Jordan Cameron practices
Still considered day-to-day in return from concussion
By: Jake Gordon | Wed Nov 26, 6:39 pm

Cleveland Browns
Josh Gordon and Jordan Cameron haven't played together in a game since last December. The Cleveland Browns hope to have both Pro Bowl pass-catchers on the field against the Buffalo Bills on Sunday, but Cameron's health remains iffy. After the tight end practiced Wednesday, Browns coach Mike Pettine called him "still day-to-day" after missing the past four games with a concussion. It's worth noting that Cameron took part in last Friday's session, too, but he wasn't well enough to suit up for Sunday's win over the Falcons. (NFL.com)

FFToday's Take: It looks like Jordan Cameron (concussion) may finally be able to return to the field this weekend. He hasn't played since week 8 and has not caught more than three balls in a single game this year. He brings plenty of upside when healthy and should help owners during the fantasy post-season.

Injury Jordan Cameron trending towards playing Week 13
Brown TE expected back in action versus Bills
By: Antonio D'Arcangelis | Tue Nov 25, 12:03 pm

Cleveland Browns
Tony Grossi of ESPN Cleveland is reporting that Browns TE Jordan Cameron (concussion) is probably playing in Week 13 against Buffalo. (Twitter/ESPN Cleveland)

FFToday's Take: "All signs look like a go" is an encouraging thing to hear for frustrated Cameron owners, but it's better late than never. The Josh Gordon/Jordan Cameron thing was a boon to fantasy owners in 2013, and it could be again down the stretch.

Josh Gordon cleared for Week 12
Reinstated from 10-game suspension
By: Doug Orth | Mon Nov 17, 3:35 pm

Cleveland Browns
The Browns lost Sunday, but Josh Gordon is reinstated today. He can return to facility and is cleared for normal activities without restriction. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)

FFToday's Take: Gordon has a strong chance to be a difference-maker in fantasy down the stretch after leading the lead in receiving last season despite playing only 14 games. With that said, the Browns are a run-heavy team this year, so owners would be wise to dial down expectations just a bit on Gordon. It is a safe assumption that Gordon should produce at a WR2 level right away, with WR1 status very possible.

Josh Gordon reinstatement "inevitable?"
Browns WR could end up playing in 2014
By: Antonio D'Arcangelis | Tue Sep 9, 9:26 am

Cleveland Browns
ESPN Cleveland calls Josh Gordon's reinstatement to the NFL "inevitable." If a deal between the NFL and the union on a new drug policy is made, Gordon could get reinstated for some, if not all, of 2014. (ESPN Cleveland)

FFToday's Take: There will likely be news on the new drug policy emerging today. This would make Gordon the top waiver wire add of Week 2 if the ban is somehow retroactively reduced or repealed.

Welker, Gordon could have suspensions reduced
NFL, NFLPA could come to agreement on new policy soon
By: Doug Orth | Thu Sep 4, 8:35 pm

Cleveland Browns
Broncos WR Wes Welker is suspended for the first four games of the season, and Browns WR Josh Gordon is suspended for the entire season. Both players have already appealed, and lost. And yet thereís a chance that both players could still see their suspensions reduced. As Mike Florio reported on NBC, Welker, Gordon and potentially other players in the midst of suspensions could benefit from a new drug testing policy that the owners and players could agree upon soon. (Pro Football Talk)

FFToday's Take: Offseason use of amphetamines would move from the PED policy to the substance-abuse policy, which would allow Welker to get by without a suspension as a first-time offender. Another change is that the threshold to trigger a positive result on a marijuana test would rise. That would affect Gordon because his positive test was just barely above the NFLís current threshold. What it means is that Welker could be available sooner than expected and Gordon is worthy of a stash.
