Steelers plan to ride Bell for rest of season
Following release of LeGarrette Blount
By: Doug Orth | Thu Nov 20, 3:15 pm

Pittburgh Steelers
The Steelers are rolling the dice that Le'Veon Bell will remain injury free and able to keep up his heavy workload over the final month by not giving him much in the way of an experienced backup following the release of LeGarrette Blount. It's a chance the Steelers are willing and, more appropriately, have to take because they don't have many choices. “We will take all he can give,” offensive coordinator Todd Haley said. “We will give all he can take.” (Pittsburgh Tribune-Review)

FFToday's Take: The Steelers don't have much of a choice, although Bell is a pretty good option to ride hard for the remainder of the season. At the moment, Pittsburgh's backup options are Josh Harris, LaDarius Perkins, Dri Archer and Will Johnson - with Harris and the newly-added Perkins easily the most likely ones to take over should Bell miss any time. With his upcoming schedule and no workload concerns, Bell could easily carry many owners to fantasy titles.

Injury Rookie WR Martavius Bryant could make debut
Dri Archer and Lance Moore ruled out
By: Jake Gordon | Wed Sep 10, 4:30 pm

Pittburgh Steelers
Running back Dri Archer has been ruled out this week with an ankle/foot injury suffered against the Browns, while Lance Moore (groin) will miss his second straight game. Rookie receiver Martavis Bryant (shoulder) returned to practice this week after missing the season opener against the Cleveland Browns and is listed as probable for the game. (Steelers.com)

FFToday's Take: The injuries to Dri Archer and Lance Moore in the passing game should open the door for Martavius Bryant to make his NFL debut. In deep leagues and dynasty formats, Bryant offers some long term upside. Archer's injury will likely result in Le'Veon Bell seeing all of the snaps on passing downs.
