| Jimmy Graham limited on Friday -- Fri Oct 25 3:50 pm --|
Questionable for Sunday
|New Orleans Saints tight end Jimmy Graham was limited in Friday's practice and is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against Buffalo. (Times-Picayune)|
FF Today's Take: Graham will be a gametime decision but it's looking like he might sit out Week 8 as he failed to practice on Wednesday or Thursday. WR Lance Moore is expected to play and Ben Watson would be the main target for Brees at the tight end position.
| Jimmy Graham misses practices Wed. -- Wed Oct 23 6:00 pm --|
Foot injury, status uncertain
|The likelihood of Jimmy Graham playing against Buffalo decreased Wednesday as he missed practice with a foot injury, which means the Saints could be without one of the league's most potent offensive weapons. Saints coach Sean Payton didn't go into many details about Graham's injury, simply saying, "Each day, we'll just take a peek on how he's progressing and be smart." (Times Picayune)|
FF Today's Take: There's some question whether or not Graham will be able to play this week. Lance Moore, who is expected to return from a hand injury, and tight end Ben Watson would benefit if Graham sits.
| Graham to undergo MRI -- Mon Oct 14 4:45 pm --|
|Saints fans everywhere should be holding their breath today as tight end Jimmy Graham gets his injured foot checked out.
Graham, per a league source, is getting an MRI to determine the extent of the injury suffered during Sunday’s loss to the Patriots. (Pro Football Talk)|
FF Today's Take: Prior to getting shut out of the box score in Week 6, Graham was the highest-scoring non-quarterback in fantasy, so his owners will be anxiously awaiting the results of the MRI. Ben Watson would become an immediate hot waiver-wire pickup if he misses time, although no other player in fantasy can replicate his production at the tight end position. If Graham is forced out of game action, Marques Colston and Darren Sproles would likely see more targets as a result.
| No catches for Jimmy Graham -- Sun Oct 13 7:00 pm --|
Left in fourth quarter with foot injury
|The Saints lost their star tight end Jimmy Graham to an undisclosed lower leg injury in the fourth quarter. The Saints didn't offer any injury updates after the game, and Graham was not present in the locker room.
Adding insult to injury, Graham finished the game without a catch for the first time since his rookie year of 2010.
FF Today's Take: Graham will be reevaluated on Monday and the Saints have a bye in Week 7. Backup TE Ben Watson finished with three catches for 61 yards against the Patriots.
