DK Metcalf, Ryan Neal and Will Dissly are listed as questionable but Carroll is expecting them to play Sunday vs. Carolina. (Brady Henderson on Twitter)
FFToday's Take: Pete Carroll labeling his injured running backs as gameday decisions seems a bit generous after both missed practice all week. Expect both of them to be out but we won't know for sure until late Saturday night or Sunday. Travis Homer could be the lead back for Seattle against the Panthers.

He'll give it a go again here in Week 14 against the Dolphins in the highest total (53.5) game of the week. Him being back in the lineup makes downgrades Josh Palmer to a Flex option.

FFToday's Take: Higgins popped up on the injury report this week with a hamstring issue and was limited in practice on Thursday and Friday. Given he's off the injury report, he can be deployed as a WR2 against the Browns. We might see a little more work for Samaje Perine this week given how well he performed when Mixon was out, but Mixon should still be the lead back.

FFToday's Take: Ingram had a significant role this past week, playing 42% of the snaps including a lot of passing downs. Will we see Alvin Kamara back in a workhorse role? The Saints are lacking in depth at the position so it's definitely a possibility when they come out of their bye in Week 15.

Former No. 1 overall pick Baker Mayfield was claimed on waivers today by the Los Angeles Rams, per league sources. The Rams now inherit the remaining $1.35 million on Mayfield’s contract. Mayfield is expected to fly to LA by tonight and could play Thursday night vs. the Raiders. (ESPN - Adam Schefter)
FFToday's Take: While Mayfield could technically play Thursday, it is extremely unlikely he will do so. There is a much better chance he gets the nod at Green Bay in Week 15 if he can learn enough of the playbook. The move as a whole is an interesting one for the Rams, as Mayfield could be a reclamation project, a long-term backup to Matthew Stafford or a bridge quarterback if Stafford's neck injury ends up being one that threatens his career.

There’s been much speculation about Darren Waller’s status in recent weeks. The Raiders haven’t said much and there’s even been talk that he could be out of the season. However, that is not the case. In an interview with Heavy Sports, Waller revealed that he’s recovered from his hamstring injury and is planning to be ready to play as soon as he’s eligible to.
“Yeah, I plan on playing this season,” Waller said when asked if he was ready to return. “If they tell me I’m playing this Thursday coming up, then I’m playing this Thursday coming up, so I have my first game back active from IR so I plan on playing it up and finishing strong.” (Heavy.com - Austin Boyd)
FFToday's Take: Waller is eligible to come off IR in time to play this Thursday against the Rams, but it does not sound as though HC Josh McDaniels has any interest in playing Waller without a full week of practice following such a long layoff. It has been a frustrating season for Waller and his fantasy managers, but the few managers who have survived this long without his services could be getting a big boost at a position that has been awful for fantasy purposes this season.

FFToday's Take: Sutton entered Week 13 with at least seven targets, five catches and 66 yards in three post-bye games, so he was one of the few Broncos that was producing before Sunday's early exit. Fantasy managers will need to check his practice reports this week, but Legwold notes Jerry Jeudy missed two full games after he was given a "day-to-day" designation by HC Nathaniel Hackett. If Sutton sits against the Chiefs, Kendall Hinton figures to fill in, although he won't have a ton of upside. The primary beneficiary figures to be Greg Dulcich.

Samaje Perine was very good while handling the overwhelming majority of volume in his absence. He will be a solid RB1 option against the Browns in the likely event he plays, while Perine will be a back-end RB1 option if Mixon sits out a third straight contest.

FFToday's Take: Harbaugh noted it was "not impossible" that Jackson could play in Week 14, but it seems likely that he will be ruled out. Tyler Huntley will get the nod in Week 14 against the Steelers and should be able to hold the fort down for Jackson's fantasy managers while he is sidelined.

FFToday's Take: Jacobs initially suffered the injury during practice late last week and was listed as questionable, but that didn't keep Josh McDaniels from loading him up with 33 carries or Derek Carr from throwing it to him six more times in Week 12. The fact that Las Vegas is already certain it may hold him out of practice all week suggests he should be considered questionable at best for Week 13 against a soft Chargers' run defense. Jacobs has overall RB1 upside for that matchup if he can play, while rookie Zamir White would be in the RB1 conversation if Jacobs sits.

That includes Week 13 against the Bills.

FFToday's Take: As if things couldn't get any worse for the Rams. Already down Cooper Kupp and Matthew Stafford, expect Van Jefferson and Ben Skowronek to be the top targets for Bryce Perkins against the Chiefs. These two should only be considered if you are desperate at the position.

Cardinals’ WR Greg Dortch, listed as questionable for Sunday due to a thumb injury, is unlikely to play vs. the Chargers, per sources. Cardinals also have ruled out WR Rondale Moore but they did activate WR Marquise Brown. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)
FFToday's Take: The Cardinals are going to be thin at wide receiver this week which may force Brown into a bigger role than Arizona would like considering he hasn't played since Week 6. Andre Baccellia has also been activated from the practice squad but isn't fantasy viable.

#Bengals star wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase will not play against the Titans tomorrow, a source tells me. The hope is the team will have him back for next week’s matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs. (Kelsey Conway on Twitter)
FFToday's Take: Chase got in some limited practices and QB Joe Burrow expressed optimism earlier in the week suggesting Chase would play. Not the case. Tee Higgins, Tyler Boyd and Trenton Irwin have been working as the top three receivers while Chase has been out. Higgins and Boyd are both good options in Week 12,
