Michel progressing quickly from knee scope
Expected to be ready for training camp
By: Mike Krueger | Jun 23 2019, 8:28 am

Multiple sources say that Sony Michel is progressing quickly since his most recent arthroscopic knee surgery and has been running full tilt. The 2nd year RB has also been spending considerable time at @TB12sports like so many before - and after - have/will. (Michael Giardi on Twitter)

FFToday's Take: Michel missed minicamp with knee issues but is expected to be ready for training camp. Michel racked up 209 carries last season as an early-down pounder in New England's offense but the drafting of Damien Harris could ding Michel's workload knocking him off his RB2 status in Non-PPR leagues in 2019. The Patriots have plenty of depth at the position including James White and Rex Burkhead.
