FFToday's Take: Johnson was released by the Lions as their set to move forward with D'Andre Swift, Jamaal Williams and rookie Jermar Jefferson. The Eagles have some depth at the running back position now which will likely get cleaned out prior to final cuts. Miles Sanders, rookie Kenneth Gainwell and Boston Scott are likely to make the roster with Kerryon, Jordan Howard and Jason Huntley battling for the last spot on the final 53.
