Running back Rashaad Penny is expected to be a healthy scratch today against the Patriots, league sources tell me and @jctsports. Penny, a five-year veteran with a career 5.7-yard rushing average, signed with the Eagles as a free agent in the offseason. (Olivia Reiner on Twitter) FFToday's Take: This comes as a big of a surprise, but does give a bit of a boost to D'Andre Swift's outlook against the Patriots today. Expect Kenneth Gainwell to be in the mix and Boston Scott to be active.
