Derek Carr has a sprained AC joint and is week to week (ESPN.com - Katherine Terrell) FFToday's Take: HC Dennis Allen could not say for sure if Carr would be ruled out for Week 4 at Monday's presser, but it sounds as if things are trending in that direction. With that said, Carr has proven to be plenty tough over the years, so he could play if the issue is merely pain tolerance. Jameis Winston would get the nod if Carr cannot go.
