Anthony Richardson may not start in Week 9

Colts HC Shane Steichen was asked directly if QB Anthony Richardson will start Sunday against the #Vikings and he was noncommittal: "We're evaluating everything." (The Athletic - James Boyd)

FFToday's Take: Richardson finished 10-of-32 for 175 yards with a touchdown and an interception in Week 8, which falls in line with most of his box scores this season. Much as has been the case all season, he wasn't nearly as inaccurate as his final line suggests and didn't get a lot of help from his teammates in some critical situations. With that said, HC Shane Steichen has already seen plenty of proof that the offense works much better with Joe Flacco right now. Consider Richardson's status as a 50-50 proposition heading into Week 9 against the Vikings.
