Giants rookie running back Tyrone Tracy Jr. told me as he was exiting the locker room that he is in the concussion protocol, so he was unavailable to answer questions due to the protocol's policy. Career night with 145 yards and a TD in losing effort. (NorthJersey.com - Art Stapleton) FFToday's Take: Tracy was injured late in Monday night's loss to the Steelers. The fact he suffered his brain injury on a Monday night gives him one less day to clear the five-step protocol before Sunday's tilt against the Commanders. Players can progress through the protocol in less than five days (as Marvin Harrison Jr. did recently), but it does not happen very often. Devin Singletary would be in line to make another start if Tracy is ruled out.
