Sources: After rushing for 1,195 yards this season, Panthers RB Chuba Hubbard is being placed on injured reserve today due to a calf and knee injury. His impressive season now has come to an end. (Adam Schefter on X) FFToday's Take: Whoa. This is somewhat of a surprise given HC Daven Canales said after practice on Friday that he expected Chuba to play. This will leave fantasy owners scrambling in their Championship trying to fill a running back or Flex spot. Next up on the Carolina depth chart is Mike Boone and Raheem Blackshear. Boone is the most likely to provide the most fantasy points but his upside is more of a low-end RB2.
