#Texans deal for four-time Pro Bowl running back Nick Chubb has maximum value of $5 million, per a league source @KPRC2. Passed physical and good to go for defending AFC South champions (Aaron Wilson on X)

FFToday's Take: The deal is said to be for $2.5 million with a max of $5 million. Chubb will be insurance in case starter Joe Mixon goes down with an injury. Chubb has dealt with serious injuries each of the last two seasons and doesn't hold much fantasy value unless Mixon were to miss significant time.
