QB Kenny Pickett expected to start for Raiders
Geno Smith out with shoulder and back injuries

For a second straight day, Raiders QB Geno Smith did not practice today due to a right shoulder and back injury, and Kenny Pickett is expected to start Sunday against his former Eagles team, per sources. (Adam Schefter on X)

FFToday's Take: Pickett can't be any worse for the offense than Geno has been. The Raiders haven't scored more than 17 points in their last five games and Geno has been held to under 200 yards passing seven times this season. The upcoming schedule for Pickett isn't great, with Eagles in Week 15 and the Texans in Week 16.
