Bills GM Brandon Beane will be retained according to a source, despite the move from the Bills to move on from HC Sean McDermott. Beane will be a part of leading the search for a new head coach. (Joe Buscaglia on X)

FFToday's Take: McDermott spent 9 seasons with the Bills, making the playoffs eight times, but has failed to make the Super Bowl with Josh Allen at quarterback. He finishes in Buffalo with a 98-50 record. John Harbaugh and Kevin Stefanski are off the board, but otherwise the coaching candidates are wide open. The Bills have the 26th pick in the upcoming 2026 NFL Draft.
