|Enunwa jumped out of the gates last season on a tear, with 21 targets and 13 catches in his first two games, only to fade out of fantasy relevance with just eight total catches from Weeks 5 to 10.
The fire burned hot and fast for Enunwa owners who thought the 27-year-old vet from the University of Nebraska was on the verge of a breakout season. With a final line of 38/449/1 in an injury-shorted campaign, Enunwa turned out to be a dud in 2018.
To make matters worse, the Jets brought in slot receiver Jamison Crowder as a free agent to presumably take over the majority of snaps out of the slot, a place where Enunwa thrived last year. At 6'2", 225 pounds, Enunwa has the size to be a viable outside receiver opposite of Robby Anderson, but the likelihood of him getting enough volume to be fantasy relevant is low.
| Le'Veon Bell getting MRI on shoulder|
Will miss practice Thursday

|And one more piece of Jets’ news: RB Le’Veon Bell is undergoing an MRI on shoulder. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)|
FFToday's Take: And the hits just keep coming for the Jets. Darnold, Quincy Enunwa and now Bell has some shoulder soreness that the team wants to get checked out. We'll have to wait for MRI results to see what this means for Bell's availability, but you might want to grab Ty Montgomery in your league if he's sitting on the waiver wire.
| Quincy Enunwa out for the year, neck injury|
Second serious neck injury for Enunwa
By: Mike Krueger | Wed Sep 11, 10:30 am
|The Jets will be without starting wide receiver Quincy Enunwa for the rest of the season, The Post has learned.
Enunwa suffered a neck injury in Sunday’s season-opening loss to the Bills and will not be able to return this year. This is the second serious neck injury Enunwa has suffered. He missed the entire 2017 season after injuring his neck in training camp that year. It is unclear whether this injury is considered career-threatening. (New York Post)|
FFToday's Take: This would explain the trade for Demaryius Thomas yesterday. Enunwa signed a four-year, $36 million contract extension in December. Josh Bellamy may get some extra run with Enunwa out but Robby Anderson and Jamison Crowder should continue to be the focal points in the passing offense.
