| Kalen Ballage expected to miss Week 12|
Calf and ankle injuries
By: Mike Krueger | Sat Nov 28, 11:47 pm
|Chargers’ RB Kalen Ballage, listed as questionable for Sunday with calf and ankle injuries, is not expected to play vs. the Bills, per source. It will leave the Chargers with RBs Austin Ekeler, Troymaine Pope and Josh Kelley. (Adam Schefter on Twitter)|
FFToday's Take: This paves the way for Ekeler to receive the bulk of the running back work for the Chargers in a high-total game (52.5) against the Bills. Pope and Kelley will be available in supporting roles.
| Justin Jackson ruled Out for Week 10|

|#Chargers game status report vs. Dolphins
OUT: DE Joey Bosa (concussion), RB Justin Jackson (knee)
QUESTIONABLE: RT Bryan Bulaga (back), RB Troymaine Pope (neck), RG Trai Turner (groin) (Daniel Popper on Twitter)|
FFToday's Take: Jackson got injured on the first play in Week 9 and will now miss Week 10 against the Dolphins with a knee injury. The running back duties are expected to be a committee of Kalen Ballage, Troymaine Pope and Joshua Kelley. It's difficult to trust any of them in your fantasy lineup.
| Austin Ekeler's return imminent?|
Sidelined since Week 4 with severe hamstring strain
By: Doug Orth | Thu Nov 12, 11:30 pm
|Austin Ekeler tweeted "To all my fantasy owners that didn’t drop me... the time draws near." (Austin Ekeler on Twitter)|
FFToday's Take: Ekeler posted a video of himself running near full speed Thursday. He obviously has not returned to practice yet, but it appears as if he believes he is not far away from doing so. In his absence, the Chargers have turned to an impossible-to-predict committee in which Justin Jackson, Joshua Kelley, Troymaine Pope and Kalen Ballage have taken turns leading the backfield. When Ekeler returns, it's almost certain he'll be given enough work to return to RB1 status.
