Josh Reynolds, a journeyman WR, is a long shot for fantasy relevance in 2025. His career best season came back in 2020 with the Rams when he made 52 catches for 618 yards. He's never scored more than five touchdowns in a season, which really limits his fantasy ceiling as we can't even hope for him to sneak into the end zone with any sort of confidence.
With the Jets' thin WR corps, Reynolds might see snaps as the WR2, but his history of sub-500-yard seasons and lack of touchdown production makes him a low-priority fantasy target. He's only worth considering in deep leagues if Wilson is injured, and even then, his upside is probably minimal.

Tyrod Taylor Out for Week 8, Justin Fields to start Bone bruise on knee By: Mike Krueger | Sat Oct 25, 1:37 pm

| | Jets now officially downgraded QB Tyrod Taylor and WR Josh Reynolds to out. Neither player will travel to Cincinnati. (Adam Schefter on X)
FFToday's Take: Taylor was limited all week in practice before being ruled Out on Saturday. Justin Fields has been down right dreadful the last two weeks but will get the start Sunday against the Bengals. His recent failures will make him hard to trust as anything more that a low-end QB2... even in a decent matchup against the Bengals.

| Garrett Wilson expected to miss a game or two Suffered hyperextended knee in Week 6 By: Doug Orth | Mon Oct 13, 11:00 pm

| | An MRI today revealed that Jets WR Garrett Wilson hyperextends his knee and he now is expected to miss, as one source said, “a couple of weeks.” (ESPN - Adam Schefter)
FFToday's Take: The Jets entered this season with arguably the worst receiving corps in the league. Without Wilson, there is no question about it. Josh Reynolds, Tyler Johnson and Allen Lazard, assuming the personal reason that kept him from playing Week 6 has been dealt with, will likely be Justin Fields' top three wideouts in Week 7 against the Panthers and Week 8 versus the Bengals heading into the team's Week 9 bye. Fantasy managers should expect a heavy reliance on Breece Hall and Mason Taylor over that stretch.
