Every wideout wants to grab their helmet when they see the Eagles
on the schedule. Despite Monday night’s strong play against Kansas
City, the Eagles have given up a league-high 45.8 FPts/G to opposing
wideouts. Many of these point have come from the slot where Shakir
does his work. He’s getting more work these days because he catches
ball (22-of-25), unlike Gabriel Davis (33-of-55).
OBJ has produced double-digits in three consecutive games, scoring
in two and cracking the 100-yard mark in the third. The Chargers
rank 31st in allowing wideout to score and Beckham will take advantage.
The absence of elite tight end Mark Andrews and his almost seven
targets per game make all the Ravens receivers more likely to
succeed, but I like Beckham a little more than Zay Flowers here.
Pittman has been a solid producer all season, hitting double-digits
in nine of 10 games this season. In a game where the Colts can’t
run the ball and Josh Downs’ knee is balky, Pittman should see
at least 10 targets. When he’s gotten that much work he’s produced
an average of 18.1 FPts/G.
Hill is the league-leader in receiving yards (1,222), touchdown
receptions (9) and fantasy points-per game (25.7) and NO redraft
owner should sit Hill, but beware, in his last two games against
the Jets and “Sauce” Gardner he’s produced lines
of 7-47-0 and 2-23-0, so no DFS usage this weekend. The Jets have
allowed just two receiving touchdowns to wideouts all season (Stefon
Diggs in Week 1 and Shakir in Week 11).
“Scary” Terry hasn’t been very dangerous of late, producing just
one touchdown reception in his last nine games. He’s a volume
receiver, but has been held to single digit targets the past three
games. Dallas has yielded seven touchdown passes all season, the
second-fewest yards (1.068) and just one 20-point performance
(Keenan Allen). They Dallas pass rush will likely have Sam Howell
running for his life.
Like Hill, it’s hard to sit St. Brown, but here are his
last three games versus the Packers; 4-55-0 and 6-49-0 in 2022
and 5-56-1 in Week 4 this season with Jaire Alexander inactive.
That’s one average game and two subpar games. Alexander
missed Week 11 due to a shoulder injury but is expected to return
for this Thanksgiving Day matchup. Check the inactive list before
making any decision.
