Amari Cooper dealing with intrinsic muscle strain
Initially thought to be plantar fasciitis
By: Doug Orth | Aug 22 2019, 10:20 pm

@Spags52 tells us it's an "Intrinsic muscle strain," NOT plantar fasciitis for Amari Cooper @1053thefan (105.3 The Fan - Shan Shariff)

FFToday's Take: The foot's intrinsic muscles stabilize the foot much like the core muscles in a person's spine stabilizes and protects the spine. Plantar fasciitis would be a reason to downgrade Cooper in fantasy as it would likely bother him most of the season and cost him practice time, while an intrinsic muscle strain might not cost him, according to David J. Chao of ProFootballDoc.com. With all the uncertainty going in Dallas at the moment, it might still be wise to knock Cooper a few pegs.
