RB Alvin Kamara (knee/ankle) remained absent from Saints practice Thursday. (ESPN - Mike Triplett) FFToday's Take: Kamara has been extremely durable since entering the league in 2017, so his potential absence this week will come as a shock to the system. With that said, it's probably not the worst thing for him to sit at least one game considering the matchup (Bears) and the fact Teddy Bridgewater's presence has greatly reduced the explosiveness of this offense. Considering the Saints figure to get Drew Brees back after the team's Week 9 bye, it's possible Kamara sits until then as well.
